The President of Cisco/UGL partecipated to an important summit to discusss the world of employment, the occupational problems and job dignity.

In the Assembly Hall of the Palais des Nations in Geneva where the international work conference was held, the World of Work summit discusses the importance of employment and having a decent work to solve the problem focusing on facing the realities on the ground and on partnerships that can achieve concrete results. 

THe challenges must be sustained in order to have peace, challenges such as offering job opportunities for the young people, our new generation. 

Ciscos will contribute by participating in a meeting with speakers from all over the world. With  the presence  Michael D. Higgins, President of Ireland, and HE Mr. Faustin-Archange Touadéra, President of the Central African Republic.

It need to be highlighted that  Ciscos already   started  an “Observatory on decent work” that dealt in particular with the  “Promotion of trade union rights”, “Protection and  safety security   at work”, “the spread of social responsibility at work”, “The protection of the unprotected workers such as the women and children and the migrants. The protection of the green jobs and for the last but not the least, the difference between an illegal immigration and rascial discrimination.
