The Ciscos / Ugl, firmly believes in the principle of “subsidiarity”, whose implementation provides, developing especially in the field of cooperation solidarity towards the less favored and guaranteed, requesting the intervention of private individuals, where resources and initiatives are insufficient of the Public Administration.

In this perspective, we have been carrying out for several years, in various parts of the world, several important initiatives, the purpose of which is to promote support and cooperation activities, with which to integrate every possible support from the authorities and institutional structures, in a relationship that starts from the formal patronage, passing through the necessary consultations, up to the presentation to the entrepreneurial class, so that more and more interventions will develop in support of the weakest categories, wherever they are needed.

With this point of view, we have been carrying out for several years and  in various parts of the world, some important initiatives. The purpose is to promote  activities and to integrate every possible support of  the authorities and institutional structures, in a relationship that starts from the formal patronage, passing through the necessary consultations, up to the presentation to the entrepreneurial class, so that  there wil be more and, much more,  involvement  in support of the weakest categories, wherever they are needed.
